Lit Books' Elaine Lau will be discussing Early Mornings at the Laksa Cafe with the author, Janet Tay, at Lit Books Tropicana Avenue on Saturday, 25th April at 4pm. A moreish novel that leaves readers hungry and wanting more, Janet will be on hand to delve into the delicious details of the book, and also the creative impetus behind the writing of the book. Tickets are RM10 and attendees will receive a voucher to be used on the day of the event.

Kuala Lumpur-based Janet Tay is the author of Early Mornings at the Laksa Cafe, her debut novel. A Tin House alum, her journalismn and short stories cover literature, food, and parenting. Her play, Reunion, was longlisted for the Windsor Fringe Kenneth Branagh Award.
